What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping options across the UK and internationally. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with UK standard delivery taking 3-5 working days.
Can I return an instrument if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for most items. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items like reeds, mouthpieces, and earplugs cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We provide several flexible payment options, including 'Take it away' interest-free credit for eligible musical instruments, as well as standard credit card and PayPal options.
Are your instruments set up before they are shipped?
Absolutely. Every guitar, orchestral string, and woodwind instrument undergoes a professional inspection and setup by our in-house technicians to ensure it is ready to play the moment it arrives.
Do you offer a warranty on new equipment?
All new instruments and accessories come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects. Some brands offer extended warranties which can be registered online after purchase.
Can I click and collect my order?
Yes, you can select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to pick up your order from our Belfast store. You will receive an email notification as soon as your items are ready for collection.
